We are Vm.pl, we are constantly increasing our number of projects (organically), hiring new people (religiously) and we are improving our clients’ business (passionately). Customer Success Manager

To join our crew.

And then soon after you:

will be the first and most important POINT of CONTACT between TEAM and CLIENT
will meet the client, establish the PROJECT SCOPE/TIME/RESOURCES
as our motto is QUALITY MATTERS you will make sure that THIS IS ALSO REMAINS REALITY and not Beating around the Bush J
will manage RISK, BUDGET and DEADLINES
will HELP our CLIENTS DEVELOP their BUSINESS organically by CONSULTING.
Will BUILD long-term RELATIONSHIPS with clients old and new
Will be the SHOULDER to CRY, SHRINK and BUDDY to our AWESOME TEAMS, and maybe the CEO too! (just kidding, they never cry)

And last but not least:

Will have the opportunity to be the AGENT of GROWTH and TRAILBLAZER of VM.pl

You bring with you:

IT Background and experience of Customer-Facing Role (2+ Years)
Fluent English and IDEALLY German (or willingness to learn it, and we mean it)
Entrepreneurial spirit
Willingness to travel and clean driving license
Passion for Agile
Multitasking skills (as if we need to say that)
Sparkle
