You will join the Payment Products Development Technical Program Management Office (PMO) as a Scrum Master supporting the Client Systems space. Scrum Masters are highly visible leaders, building bridges across Visa to ensure projects are effectively developed, integrated, and deployed with quality and on time delivery into our production systems. Scrum Masters also coach and mentor teams to deliver critical, customer facing, enterprise class software development projects while continuously growing and improving.
Essential Functions:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ of work experience with a University degree
Preferred Qualifications:
• 7+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master with knowledge of Agile/Lean and SAFe methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
• Concentration in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Agile tools including Jira Align, Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of Scrum events, including cadence, purpose, and attendees of each event.
• Excellent verbal and written skills. A demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally.
• Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions. Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills.
• Excellent time management, communication, facilitation, collaboration, and organization skills.
