We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Technical Program Manager to join the Payment Products Development PMO, supporting the Client Services space. Our team consists of highly visible leaders who direct complex customer-facing and enterprise-class software programs and projects.
As a Lead Technical Program Manager:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Ten or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least eight years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of three years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• Twelve or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 8 - 10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 6+ years of experience.
• Expertise in managing the implementation of extensive SDLC programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Scrum events and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proficient in communicating complex technical and business issues/solutions to various organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills.
• Adept at delegating tasks, ensuring successful task completion, and influencing without direct authority to achieve necessary goals.
• Strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to manage complex issues and situations effectively.
• Ability to work independently and integrate seamlessly with other teams when necessary.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Background in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Experience leading CRM initiatives, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) as well as project management, reporting, and Agile tools including Tableau, JIRA, Rally, MS Project, Clarity PPM, SharePoint, and Confluence.
