Our product portfolio includes industry leading solutions that facilitate simple, reliable OTT experiences for our customers, partners and end users. With over 15 years experience delivering innovative OTT solutions, Vewd is looking to bring on a Quality Assurance Engineer in Wrocław.
Responsibilities:
- Work with your team to understand requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria and translate them into test scenarios, test strategies, test plans and test cases
- Making meaningful contribution to the existing automated tests and the test framework
- Creating documents and test data
- Perform functional, system and integration tests for new and existing features of our products
- Work with the product management and engineering team to improve the products
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Finding, tracking and prioritizing high-value bugs and driving toward their resolution
- Staying current with industry development and Internet technologies
Requirements:
- Quality Assurance experience
- A team player attitude, comfortable making important decisions and standing behind them
- Ability to work independently and drive multiple QA initiatives
- Deep knowledge of Internet technologies, HTML and CSS
- Good working knowledge of at least one scripting language – ideally: Python, JavaScript or Bash
- Solid organizational skills
- Experienced in test automation is a plus
- Good knowledge of Linux system environment
- Experience with Android system environment or mobile application testing is a plus
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
