<div>As Technical Support Specialist, you will provide 3rd level support and solve issues raised to you by 2nd line.<br>You will troubleshoot and investigate incidents as well as recommend and implement solutions.<br>You will also install new software releases and provide support during this process. <br><br>You have:</div><ul>
<li>Experience in working with SQL queries </li>
<li>Experience with Linux commands and scripting</li>
<li>Experience in working in Agile environment, preferably in production support</li>
<li>Very good level of English</li>
