<div>You will join a team of specialist who provide 3rd line of support. <br>Your main responsibilities will include resolving issues raised by 2nd line of support, investigation of live incidents, implementation and release support.</div><div> </div><div>

<li>Provide day to day production support service including resolution of the live incidents </li>
<li>Provide technical expertise in finding root cause of major system problems</li>
<li>Install new software releases and implement locally developed solutions</li>
<li>Support various testing activities</li>

<li>Practical experience in working with SQL queries, Linux commands, bash scripting, debugging and writing new scripts</li>
<li>Experience in supporting complex and integrated application environments</li>
<li>Ablility to work under time pressure and to multitask</li>
<li>Fluency in English,</li>
