You will join a team of specialist who provide 3rd line of support.
Your main responsibilities will include resolving issues raised by 2nd line of support, investigation of live incidents, implementation and release support.
You will:
- Provide day to day production support service including resolution of the live incidents
- Provide technical expertise in finding root cause of major system problems
- Install new software releases and implement locally developed solutions
- Support various testing activities
You have:
- Practical experience in working with SQL queries, Linux commands, bash scripting, debugging and writing new scripts
- Experience in supporting complex and integrated application environments
- Ablility to work under time pressure and to multitask
- Fluency in English,
