We are looking for Senior Service Delivery Manager – with in-depth technical knowledge and exposure to public cloud (preff AWS). Someone who can help provide best service delivery to a global platform counting over 100k users (and growing), while digging deep to understand it’s architecture and trying to find continuous improvement areas.

Position:
We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager for Software platforms. You will:
- Be the main point of contact for troubleshooting decision to reduce down-time.
- Be tech savvy with understanding and experience of software architecture in order to delegate task quickly and be able to discuss solutions with key clients.
- Have the inner urge to keep seeking better ways to improve service delivery, keeping close contact with tech and delivery teams to improve new features implementations and avoid down time.
- Have experience in service delivery of applications based in public clouds (any solutions experience is welcome).
