We are looking to hire tech support specialist, who will be in charge of supporting enterprise platform across customer base globally.
What you will be doing:
- Being in charge of driving business analysis with clients
- Technical application support - resolving technical queries and communicating solutions directly to clients via ticketing tool
- Supporting and implementing clients' requirements and data integration
- Monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through an incident management system
- Assigning priority and managing requests and incidents
Essential Skills
- Solid experience in troubleshooting and working with SQL
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL Server, SSRS and SSIS
- Analytical thinking and the ability to understand and solve complex technical problems quickly
- Experience with ITIL processes
- Customer focus
- Fluency in English
