Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing framework for PMO services within the project. 

You will be in charge of tracking and reporting on the key project metrics. Your scope will include managing the budget, time and resources forecasting and tracking, overseeing all stages of project lifecycle in cooperation with delivery managers. You will make sure that the project governance framework is in place and you will review continuously the quality and reliability of projects. You will work closely with senior management, tracking and reporting the progress and performance of the projects. 
On top of that, you will be acting as a line manager of other PMOs, providing coaching and mentoring when needed.

You have:
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT PMO role 
  • Knowledge of various aspects of project management and SDLC, including: estimation, analysis, design, development, implementation, testing and support
  • Experience in working in international environment and liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in overseeing the budget, revenue and resource forecasting and tracking
  • Experience in preparing reports and dashboards on various project metrics
  • Experience in establishing governance framework and implementing them
  • Very good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills
  • Experience in team management would be an asset
