We are medium sized company doing big things with strong preference to does NOT work in corpo style
Here's what you'll be doing
Here's what you'll be doing
- Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team
- Taking care of ceremony quality
- Guiding the team on how to get the most of out self organization.
- Remove impediments for the team and help the team deliver
- Discovering new work methods with Product Backlog and Development Team
- Cooperation with whole organisation in order to remove obstacles standing in a way for agility
You come with
- Very good knowledge of SCRUM framework
- At least 3 years of experience as Scrum Master
- Practical knowledge of tools used in agile work organisation (burndown charts, retrospective techniques etc.)
- Experience in work with JIRA or similar software
- Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate meetings,
- Ability to effectively identify needs of environment
- Ability to motivate the team
- Exelent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of English
Bonus points if
- Experience in work with several agile teams
- Knowledge about different Agile frameworks (LeSS etc.)
- Technical background to facilitate efficient communication with the team
- Ability to read metrics used at agile frameworks
