We are looking for Senior Software Engineers to work remotely on a core data analytics projects that form a RTB exchange. You'll be building innovative and actionable projects based on petabytes of data with high-performance big data tools and workflows running on globally distributed infrastructure.
This is a 100% remote position
We are open to candidates from Poland or residents of EU/EEA Area. Depending on situation we can offer employment contracts/B2B or other types of agreements.
For B2B contracts we are offering 150-180 PLN/h
We are looking for engineers with solid Python and Spark experience running applications on AWS (S3, EMR, Glue, etc)

Role details:
- Own a critical and complex set of big data applications and services
- Lead technical discussions to ensure that chosen technologies provide the best functionality
- Provide regular guidance and help more junior engineers producing the most efficient and maintainable code and solutions
- Scale, troubleshoot and fix existing applications and services
- Lead technical discussions leading to improvements in tools, processes or projects
Key requirements:
- minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience
- extensive experience with Python and Spark
- solid AWS exeprience, including S3, EMR, Glue, ECS, EC2, RDS
- database experience, for example: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra
- experience running mission critical set of applications on production environments 24/7
- CI/CD experience
Bonus experience:
- Real Time Bidding (RTB), AdTech, High Frequency Trading (HFT) experience
- Golang
- Devops experience (Chef, Jenkins, CircleCI)
