What we achieve together
You will join our Service2Retention team enhancing service solutions for Vaillant Group in Salesforce
Design and implement solutions together with the IT teams, customers and product owners in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service (Classic and LEX)
Write and update platform documentation and conduct user trainings and demos
Manage stakeholder requirements and expectations by project management
Contribute to a self-organizing and autonomous team
What makes us successful together
Experience in designing salesforce or service processes. Ideally you designed and implemented such solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud or Field Service
Experience with different types of service processes, such as orders, contracts, call center, invoicing, etc
Fluent English as you will be working in international environment
You are a team player and round off your profile with strong communication skills combined with a high degree of initiative and motivation
Willingness to learn and constant develop professional and personal skills
