• Establish and moderate development guild of product development teams to reach efficient, reusable solutions
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
• Collaborate with software architects, product owners, UX designers and backend engineers to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in frontend development and recommend their adoption when beneficial.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation standards, including architecture diagrams, design patterns and guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks related to frontend applications

• Solid track record as Frontend Solution Architect, Lead Developer or Senior Developer
• Strong expertise in frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Excellent understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Knowledge of backend technologies and integration strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English combined with experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
