For our client we realize a recruitment process on the position Support Engineer - Alcatel OXE.
Job description:
- Responsible for maintaining the client’s integrated IP telephony and ISDN solutions (Alcatel) with peripherals such as DECT, VoiceMail, alarm servers, CTI and various IT applications
Seniority level
- Intermediate to senior : as from 3 years of experience.
Knowledge, requirements:
- VoIP , ISDN / IP / SIP , data/networks
- Platforms: Alcatel OXE , PBX ( and similar products) , audiocodes
The client can agree with fully remote work if the consultants are able to come on site a couple of days per month.

- Able to solve complex problems
- Creative and sees the bigger picture when addressing issues
- Works proactively, thereby keeping possible problems from affecting the overall functioning of the team and make sure the team is successful to deliver the solution
- Proficient oral and written communications skills in English, sharing strategy and vision with both peers and management.
