For our client we realize a recruitment process on the position Support Engineer - Alcatel OXE.


Job description:

  • Responsible for maintaining the client’s integrated IP telephony and ISDN solutions (Alcatel) with peripherals such as DECT, VoiceMail, alarm servers, CTI and various IT applications


Seniority level

  • Intermediate to senior : as from 3 years of experience.


Knowledge, requirements:


  • VoIP , ISDN / IP / SIP , data/networks
  • Platforms: Alcatel OXE , PBX ( and similar products) , audiocodes


The client can agree with fully remote work if the consultants are able to come on site a couple of days per month.


Interpersonal Skills:

  • Able to solve complex problems
  • Creative and sees the bigger picture when addressing issues
  • Works proactively, thereby keeping possible problems from affecting the overall functioning of the team and make sure the team is successful to deliver the solution
  • Proficient oral and written communications skills in English, sharing strategy and vision with both peers and management.
