Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Establishment of a central IAM platform.
• Manage IAM (including IGA, PAM and MFA) tooling and processes e.g. connection of new applications, creation of workflows and automation of processes.
• Monitor IAM system for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures.
• Identify, define and document system security requirements and recommend solutions, as well as create security policies and best-practices.
• Support in the creation of authorization concepts
• Support in conducting audits
• Analyze, assess and defend against cybersecurity incidents.

Your skills and experience:

• At least five years of IT work experience.
• Completed relevant university studies (Bachelor / Master in the area of Information Technology or similar.
• Solid experience in Identity & Access Management (especially IGA and PAM)
• Good business English skills. German would be an asset
• Strong communication skills and a confident personality
• Previous experience working in the financial services environment would be an advantage.
