Job description

Online interview
You will be responsible for the complex and independent management of a project teams implementing a digital channels transformation projects for our clients 

THE ROLE

  • Building and current management of project team – responsibility for capable team’ tasks organisation, allocation of resources and useful information flow and communication within the group;
  • Building and sustaining positive relations with the project’s stakeholders – clients and contractors;
  • Close cooperation with the owners of individual business areas within the company in the scope of proper selection of resources necessary for project implementation and development of team competence;
  • Project budget, risk and schedule management - achieving specific project goals per the schedule and estimated costs;
  • Managing the process of cost control of entrusted projects;
  • Delivering individual stages of projects by accepted standards and ensuring high quality of solutions provided;
  • Keeping project documentation.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of practical experience in running IT projects, including projects based on the Agile methodology;
  • Experience in running an IT project on the supplier's side;
  • Experience in implementing large projects by the Scrum methodology;
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies; PMP Certificate, PRINCE 2 Certificate, Certified ScrumMaster® would be an added advantage;
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken;
  • Excellent organisational skills, time management and planning;
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, conflict resolution/difficult feedback;
  • High level of commitment and ability to make decisions under pressure;
  • Business-oriented way of thinking, characterised by a holistic approach - orientation not only on goals but also on the business environment;
  • Knowledge of the construction and design of IT systems;
  • Excellent knowledge of tools supporting project management (MS Project, MS Office, Jira);
  • Willingness to frequent business trips,
  • Experience in working in an international environment and experience in telco business would be an advantage.
