Project Description

We are seeking motivated and open-minded engineers to help us test a pioneering cloud-based video surveillance product that is rapidly gaining traction in the US and globally. The project is being executed by two teams—one in the Netherlands and the other at the Science and Technology Park in Gdynia.

Following initial success, the product is now in a phase of rapid platform scaling, with continuous enhancement of its feature set. It is an exciting time to be involved.

By joining us, you will need to learn quickly and will find great satisfaction in the progress you make. Users interact with our cloud-based video surveillance system through various UI types, including mobile platforms. You will be part of the QA team responsible for ensuring the quality of our mobile applications through both automated and manual testing.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the QA field, who have gained solid experience in automating testing of web application software.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of modern web application architecture (REST API, UI principles, etc.)
• A minimum of 3 years experience working as a QA engineer
• At least 1 year of experience working with any of the mainstream test automation tools to automate tests of web applications
• Python programming skills allowing for efficient development of test automation scripts
• Good command of English, with strong communication skills
• Experience working effectively within a Scrum framework

Job Responsibilities:

• Design test cases based on the test plan
• Develop automated test scripts to test Android and iOS apps
• Perform some manual testing as needed to complement automated testing
• Contribute to the development of test plans

• ISTQB certificate
