We invite you to co-operate on an interesting and multidisciplinary project in the field of digital telephony and CRM systems. Join our project team in Gdynia, consisting of front- and back-end developers as well as a strong team of automatic and manual testers.
LEAD TEST ENGINEER
As a Lead Test engineer:
- You will be the local contact person for the project management located in the US
- You will distribute work among the team of 4-6 test engineers developing automatic and manual tests for web applications (back-end API, end-to-end system tests),
- You will be the technical mentor for the team,
- You will closely collaborate with the local team of back-end and apps developers,
- As the leadership duties will take no more than 50% of your time, you will also have time for the real engineering,
To successfully perform your job you will need:
- Min. 3 years of professional experience doing QA and test automation,
- Some programming skills with Python or Java,
- Formal QA background (university education, courses) or equivalent work experience,
- Good interpersonal skills,
- Very good command of English language,
- Preferably an engineering degree in technology,
