About the project:
We are looking for a Scrum Master with a passion and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, to lead 2 mobile application teams. The Scrum Master will be responsible for applying the scrum method in the second Scrum team. Our client is a global fintech company from Switzerland, the leader in digital banking technology. The projects are concentrated on building banking products and platforms.
The main purpose of the project is to create mobile applications (iOS and Android) for the private banking sector. Mobile applications are created as hybrid applications. Applications are using native device elements such as a camera or a fingerprint reader.
Type of contract: B2B (employment contract possible)
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading 2 mobile application teams using Scrum ceremonies
- Responsible for the process in an agile and cross-functional development team
- Guide and coach the team in agile best practices
- Organization and moderation of Scrum meetings and accompanying the team in fulfilling the sprint goals
- Control improvements in the team in terms of efficiency and quality
- Identify teams’ impediments and coordinate removal
- Analysis/implementation of customer requirements together with the team
- Standardize Scrum practices among teams
- Coordinate your work with other teams according to SAFe
- Support Product Owner and Head of Engineering
- Manage technical improvements and debt in collaboration with Tech Lead
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience with Scrum methodology, 3 years experience as a Scrum Master
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Solution-oriented, assertive
- Certified Scrum Master and Agile enthusiast
- Technically interested
- Very good English skills
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to work with different types of personalities
- Strong analytical skills, with high attention to details

- Working experience within the banking industry
- Software-developer background
