We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst!
Sitting within the Data team that works across Customer, Supply, Finance, Marketing & Product departments, you will be the primary point of contact for the Product Squads. As a Senior Product Analyst you will help our product managers understand how users (both members and supply partners) interact with our products across web and app using the rich data we capture on every visit to our sites, ultimately shaping the product roadmap of what gets built, tested and deployed.
Our data stack
We collect data from dozens of data sources, ranging from transactional data, availability data, payments data, customer event-level data, voice-of-customer data, third party data and much much more. Our historical data runs into tens of billions of records and grows at a rate of tens of millions of records every day. Our data is extremely varied, some being very finely-grained, event-level data, other being already aggregated to various degrees.
For user behavioural data we leverage Snowplow first party tracking for our standardised reporting metrics and Heap for agile product analysis.
We use Snowflake as our data warehouse technology of choice that houses a wide variety of data products, ranging from raw data all the way to dimensional models. We use Tableau as our visualisation tool of choice.
Our wider ecosystem of tools and partners includes Snowplow, Docker, Braze, GA4, Salesforce, Airflow, S3. Everything runs in AWS.
Our team culture
The data team is an enthusiastic group who are passionate about our profession. We are continuously maintaining our team culture via things like retros, weekly socials, open door mentality and cross profession knowledge sharing. We adopt a fail fast mentality that promotes a safe environment for our team to upskill comfortably. Our team make up reflects the company ethos of inclusion and diversity, we are made up of a collection of different people/genders/backgrounds and celebrate our differences. Ultimately we are a team and we work as one together as one, no individual is solely responsible for any area of our pipeline, our successes and failures are shared.
We operate in an agile way, ensuring that we are flexible enough to deliver high impact business benefits quickly.
