We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. If you are passionate about designing user-friendly and visually compelling digital experiences, we want to hear from you. This role involves working on large-scale design systems and e-commerce projects within a collaborative and agile environment.

Your responsibilities

Design Creation:

• Develop and maintain large-scale design systems
• Design user interfaces for e-commerce websites and web applications using Figma
• Ensure consistency and quality across all designs by utilizing pre-built design libraries

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth design handoffs
• Collaborate with front-end developers to implement UI components using HTML, CSS, and NextJS

Agile Workflow:

• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes
• Engage in design reviews and provide constructive feedback

User Research:

• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Develop design solutions that align with user needs and business objectives

Our requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in UX/UI design within a corporate international environment
• Experience in building and maintaining large-scale design systems
• Proven track record in designing e-commerce websites and web applications
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Familiar with the design hand-off process
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and NextJS
• Strong understanding of design principles
• Experience with pre-built design libraries
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
• Portfolio: Submission of a portfolio showcasing your previous UX/UI design work is required.
