Technical Support Specialist
Your main responsibility will be to provide a technical assistance to Tix Team members all over the world. You will be monitoring our servers and applications as well as some business metrics and act if needed.

Technical Support Specialist
Your main responsibility will be to provide a technical assistance to Tix Team members all over the world. You will be monitoring our servers and applications as well as some business metrics and act if needed.
What do we expect?
- Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
- Experience in using MS SQL
- Knowledge of bash scripting
- Experience in one of the modern programming languages
- Readiness to work on shifts
