Senior Platform Engineer
We are looking for an accomplished Platform Engineer to join a highly skilled team building mission‑critical systems in a fast‑growing environment.
This role focuses on empowering R&D teams by creating scalable, platform‑centric CI/CD solutions, modern GitHub‑based workflows, and intelligent automation across the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
You will be responsible for designing and evolving internal DevOps platforms that significantly improve developer productivity, delivery speed, system reliability, and cost efficiency. Working closely with architects, Product DevOps teams, and engineering groups, you will help drive a shift toward standardized, reusable, and AI‑assisted DevOps capabilities within a complex, multi‑cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement enterprise‑grade DevOps platforms supporting multiple development teams and repositories
Build, scale, and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and modern DevOps tooling
Design reusable, maintainable platform components and shared automation, favoring structured and object‑oriented solutions over ad hoc scripting
Introduce AI‑first approaches to enhance pipeline intelligence, developer feedback loops, and operational efficiency
Reduce friction in the SDLC by simplifying tooling, automating repetitive tasks, and improving platform reliability
Partner with engineering teams to promote GitHub best practices, including repository management and delivery automation
Analyze, refactor, and modernize existing CI/CD implementations (e.g. Jenkins, Groovy‑based pipelines) and guide their evolution toward newer platforms
Contribute to the ongoing development of a multi‑cloud strategy (Azure today, AWS planned), including SaaS and on‑premise environments
Provide guidance on platform stability and DevOps cost optimization
Requirements
5+ years of hands‑on experience in software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles
Strong development skills in at least one of the following languages: Python or Groovy
Deep understanding of CI/CD systems and experience building end‑to‑end application delivery pipelines
Advanced knowledge of Git and GitHub, including:
GitHub Actions
Repository and workflow management
GitHub Advanced Security
Experience operating at scale within large organizations with distributed teams and numerous repositories
Proven ability to design, test, version, and support automation components used by other engineering teams
Practical experience reading, refactoring, and migrating legacy CI/CD codebases
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP experience is a plus)
Hands‑on experience with container technologies and orchestration
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tooling (e.g. Terraform, Jenkins, Git‑based workflows)
Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including on‑site presence at the office once per week
