Senior Backend Developer

This is a hybrid role with 40% presence required in our office in Warsaw Centrum.

NOTE: the inter-EU VAT rate is 0%, therefore this role is excluded from VAT payment.

At Tradevest, we are building an unique, modern fintech solution to asset management. Our key product is a state of the art B2B API allowing seamless integration for asset managers, payment vendors and exchanges. Our teams are based in Munich and Warsaw.

This role is for an experienced developer to help us build secure and reliable API with backend in Go, with strong focus on cloud-native architecture on AWS, good understanding of serverless, Kafka messaging and modern CI/CD. This is a hands-on role involving prototyping state of the art solutions, proposing and implementing best practices and coaching other team members.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of development in Golang and cloud-native web applications
• Strong knowledge of Kafka, AWS (API GW and Lambda), Docker, SQL, Postgres, OpenAPI
• Strong knowledge in automating tasks and pipelines
• Experience working in financial services or other strongly regulated environment
