Business/System Analyst

📍 Location: Kraków / Poznań / Gdańsk / Łódź
🕒 Work mode: Hybrid (after onboarding period)

About the role

We are looking for a Business-System Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with technical teams on product development.

Work mode

• First 3 months – on-site (onboarding period)

• Afterwards – hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Responsibilities

• Conducting workshops with clients and analyzing business processes

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements

• Creating specifications (user stories, epics, use cases)

• Collaborating with development, UX, and QA teams

• Consulting with business and IT stakeholders

• Supporting product development and tailoring solutions to client needs

• Creating and maintaining documentation (Confluence, AI tools, MS Office, Google Workspace)

• Supporting testing activities (especially at the beginning)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT projects

• Experience in requirements analysis and documentation

• Knowledge of requirements engineering and business/system analysis methods

• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• English at minimum B2/C1 level

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL

• Experience working in Scrum

• Familiarity with: Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect

• Experience in the insurance industry (especially Benelux market)

• French language skills

• Experience working with AI tools
