What you will do:
- Create seamless UXs for different platforms and devices that meet user and business goals
- Ensure solutions are user-centric and advocate for a user-centric approach to product development
- Plan and conduct user research and transform your findings into design decisions
- Prepare basic prototypes
- Collaborate with the entire product development and engineering team
- Acts as a UX Evangelist, increasing UX awareness and maturity throughout the organization
Experience and skills you need to join us:
- UX design skills with a solid portfolio that describes your design process, provides your knowledge base, and includes key metrics for your designs
- Practical experience planning and conducting user research
- The ability to generate wireframes, user flows and diagramsExperience in conducting client workshops
- Min. 3 years of commercial experience with at least one implemented project
- The ability to present and argument your work
- The ability to provide examples of designs where real users’ needs and problems are addressed and solved
- Self-driven personality and team-work attitude
- Familiarity with the most popular design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe CS, along with prototyping tools
- You are ue up to date with the best practices of desktop and mobile and the developments and trends in web, mobile and iOS design
- You are fluent in English and Polish
It would be great if you also have:
- UI design skills
