We're on the lookout for a Senior Java Developer to take on a pivotal role in our team. You'll be at the heart of building robust Java applications, focusing on modern development frameworks. What You Will Do:

• Develop, Test, and Maintain: Create high-quality Java code that's both efficient and scalable.
• Collaborate Like a Pro: Work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously design, develop, and deploy innovative features.
• Troubleshoot and Optimize: Identify and solve performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure smooth application operations.
• Be Architecturally Astute: Contribute your insights during architectural reviews, propose cutting-edge technologies, and validate new solutions.
• Engage in AI Integration: Utilize your Java expertise to integrate AI technologies, enhancing our services and delivering forward-thinking solutions that align with our business goals.

What You Will Bring:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Java Frameworks: Proficient in Java, with a strong command of Spring Boot and GraphQL.
• Software Design Guru: Deep knowledge of software design patterns and principles, ensuring everything we build is scalable and maintainable.
• Tech Skills: A robust understanding of object-oriented programming, experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, and expertise in writing unit and integration tests using frameworks like JUnit.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English (you will attend meetings with English speaking clients).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Streaming Technologies: Familiarity with data streaming technologies like Kafka, Spark, and similar frameworks.
• AI Expertise: Skills in AI-based modules, particularly in Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
