At Tooploox, we believe that teams and employees are able to manage themselves. That’s why we’ve decided to work in a Holacracy - a flat, informal structure, at the core of which lay the values we care for most of all: collaboration, trust and flexibility. Being a part of a self-organizing, autonomous team gives us real ownership of our work and the possibility to fully develop our potential.
What does it mean to you to join us:
Self-development
- You have 12 paid days per year (3 days per quarter), exclusively reserved for learning.
-
We cover the costs of your training needs - workshops, conferences, meetups, e-learning and books.
- You can work on startup-level projects that improve people’s lives - in line with our mission, we have already changed the way people invest their money, build houses and take care of their health.
Ownership and Self-organization
- You decide on the direction of your own career path - you can change your project, learn a new technology, or even choose a totally new job position.
- You can have a real impact on the organisation - we support employees’ internal initiatives and our flat structure encourages us to think outside of the “job box” of our positions.
- We are transparent as an organisation and give honest feedback to each other.
Flexibility
- You pick your type of employment - B2B or UoP. Every person hired gets 26 days of paid holiday.
- We have flexible working hours - you decide when you want to work.
- You choose how you want to work - fully remote, hybrid or in one of our offices (Wrocław and Warsaw).
