What you will do:
- Work directly with the clients and translate business requirements and user research insights into design
- Understand and advocate for our existing and future users
- Design UX and UI deliverables that meet user & business goals for products across web, mobile and other devices
- Plan and conduct user research and transform your findings into design decisions
- Prepare high fidelity mock-ups with specifications for the engineering teams
- Prepare interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with the entire product development and engineering team
Experience and skills you need to join us:
- Strong UI and UX design skills with a solid portfolio of design projects
- Min. 3 years of commercial experience with at least 1 implemented project
- Ability to present and argument your work
- Self-driven personality and team-working attitude
- Up to date with desktop and mobile best practices, developments and trends in web, mobile and iOS design
- Familiar with the most popular design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, along with prototyping tools
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Polish
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in planning and conducting user tests
- Experience in conducting client workshops
