Position: Quality Assurance Engineer 

Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid) 

Salary Range: PLN 13,000 - 19,000 net

We are looking for a QA Engineer with a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail. This role involves spearheading our automation efforts, ensuring the highest quality standards, and collaborating closely with our development team to streamline our testing processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyze product requirements, design test scenarios and create testing documentation.  
• Develop, and maintain automation scripts with Python and pytest. 
• Perform exploratory testing and sanity checks. 
• Lead bug tracking and regression testing. 
• Implement functional tests based on acceptance criteria. 
• Collaborate across teams to refine system requirements and enhance product quality. 
• Stay abreast of the latest in testing technologies and methodologies. 

Requirements: 

• 4+ years of experience in QA automation. 
• Solid knowledge in software quality assurance. 
• Proficiency in Python and a strong grasp of pytest. 
• Experience in API automation testing. 
• Hands-on experience with Git and databases (MongoDB preferably). 
• Understanding of CI/CD processes. 
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root causes of complex issues. 
• A detail-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication skills 
• Active participation in developing UI test automation and/or AWS cloud solutions is a plus 
• English level B2/C1
