We are willing to hire a DevOps Engineer, who is an empathic and trustworthy team player, to work on our long-term, international IoT and security projects, which you can learn more about in Our Project section below. 

 

Our regular team typically consists of a Project manager, ranging from a few to a dozen software developers, and one or two DevOps engineers. Additionally, you can count on our internal team of DevOps experts. 

 

Our projects 

We have a variety of projects in our portfolio, and we can match your strengths to the specific needs of one of them, even if you don’t possess all the listed skills. 

 

– MLOps 

Projects focused on building a platform for ML products. The goal is to create centralized registries for ML experiments and datasets, where all data must be tracked and documented. This is a challenging project since we use an innovative approach combining internal resources with the ones managed by customers. 

 

– Monitoring

We’re seeking an engineer to join our team to lead a major project of infrastructure monitoring. Your primary focus will be to deploy and enhance our existing monitoring framework using a stack that includes Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Kubernetes on AWS/Azure. We expect the design to evolve, so an open mind to ensure optimal solution is essential. 

 

-Incident response 

Exciting opportunity for an engineer to join one of our incident response projects! We're seeking a professional who will be responsible for conducting infrastructure audits, implementing our internal observability solutions, enhancing systems reliability, preventing downtime according to SLA terms. 



💥 Must have 3+ years of DevOps experience

 

🚀 Must have- hard skills

  • Knowledge of Git (preferably Gitlab), 
  • IaC (Terraform) 
  • Cloud (Azure) 
  • CI/CD (GitLab CI, Azure Devops, Jenkins + Groovy) 
  • SDLC knowledge 
  • Docker 
  • Kubernetes 
  • Python or other scripting language 
  • Linux (Debian, Ubuntu), Windows 
  • Knowledge of local and cloud networks configuration 
  • Monitoring (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus)  
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Kanban, Scrum) 

 

Must have– soft skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English 
  • Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments 
  • Customer-focused mindset to deliver service that meets requirements 
  • Strong attention to detail to provide reliable deployments 
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently 
  • Essential problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues and optimize deployment processes 
  • Ability to work independently or within a team 
  • Effectively taking ownership of tasks

🚀 Your responsibilities

  • Utilize CI/CD tools to architect, develop, and maintain reliable automated infrastructure and application deployment pipelines 
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure efficient and scalable infrastructure provisioning 
  • Collaborate closely with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions 
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) 
  • Establish and maintain our internal monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure optimal availability, performance, and reliability of services 
  • Drive continuous improvement by streamlining and automating development, testing, and deployment processes, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity 
  • Formulate and execute incident response plans, promptly resolving issues to minimize disruption and maintain system stability 
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to provide regular project updates, address engineering concerns, and foster collaborative relationships 
  • Promote knowledge sharing and advocate best practices to enhance development efficiency and promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization
