We are a growing 60-person team of engineers, designers and project managers working with a client roster of leading organizations from around the world. We’re looking to add another team member to our team in Wroclaw. Our ideal candidates are smart and take professionalism seriously but also know how to have fun. We enjoy working with people who know how to support their team members and work hard to make clients happy.

We are looking for someone comfortable working closely with a highly technical team to create digital products with world-class user experience. You will bring life to your designs by preparing prototypes to show the behaviour of elements and interactions between components to help clients and developers understand your work. The right candidate for this position will have expertise with traditional design tools, plus deep knowledge of current UX tools, landscape, and trends. You will also utilize your UX research skills to help define user personas and how they will each interact with the software you and your team will design. Our clients expect that we will deliver software and digital products to them with a user experience that aligns well with the real-world needs and expectations of sophisticated users.
You have:

  • 4+ year(s) experience with user experience design for software applications
  • expertise with traditional design tools (from pen and paper to Sketch App, Photoshop, Illustrator any other tool that you prefer to use)
  • deep knowledge of current UX tools (ex. prototyping tools like Principle app, InVision), landscape, and latest trends
  • knowledge of user experience best practices
  • ability to demonstrate a portfolio of work
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to communicate with key business stakeholders and the software engineering team
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced, consulting environment
  • experience developing user interfaces for mobile devices
  • experience working in an agile environment
