What your duties are?

complete the implementation / setup of the selected Major Football Organization Service Platform
maintain the service desk queue, provide periodical reports on the usage and enounctered issues
manage the registration, user profiles, categorisation, documents within the assigned area
maintain and update if necessary the implementation guidelines, instructions, training material, feedback (knowledge management) related to the latest implementation
provide the necessary reports, updates as per project leader instructions
maintain the service desk queue, provide periodical reports on the usage and enounctered issues
test new features/services
taking calls from the system end-users and resolve their issues
advice on best practices promote new functionalities, system across the respective domain

What the ideal Candidate should have?

advanced command of English (verbal and written communication skills)
ability to think about the objectives from different perspectives and to think ahead with a strong attention to detail
knowledge of software development lifecycles, IT frameworks (ITIL) and test methodologies (work experience with ISTQB or similar)
ability to consult and influence stakeholders as well as customer and project accountability attitude
overall feeling of modern applications
good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations
work experience in fast-paced software development environment
passion for driving quality processes
willing to work weekends
keen interest in sports (particularly football) and willingness to be involved in the sports industry
having „will-do” attribute
understanding of the software development process and overall lifecycle.
