TISA Group consists of two brands – TISA offers a broad range of innovative technological products and supports digital development to the sports industry. HeroDOT delivers user experience, digital design and development for web and mobile platforms across various industries.

Who are we? 

A Swiss HQ company with a strong nearshore presence in Poland having two brands dedicated to “digital development” predominantly Polish clients and a “sport industry” for various customers around Europe & Asia. Dynamically growing for 2 years, one acquisition of a Polish “mobile development software house” completed last year allowing the company to grow across various sectors.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Service Delivery joining the team of managers driving the growth on existing accounts and supporting further expansion in Poland across Europe. Accountability of this role is wide, ranging from project delivery, including transition to support, ensuring process consistency for the application lifecycle and supporting the ongoing development of IT capabilities and competencies.

What will you be responsible for: 

  • Providing leadership, ownership and accountability for the Service Delivery.
  • Forecast and operate within agreed budgets for the service delivery function such as resourcing and operations. Working closely with CFO and Controlling function to define and maintain effective ways to monitor delivery profitability, taking into account different delivery models.
  • Establishing a delivery team and organisational structure within Service Delivery. Making sure roles and responsibilities are defined and communicated to its functions. Co-action with People & Culture team.
  • Set and maintain standards for project management. Making sure quality assurance processes are embedded across all delivery, ensuring the organization is having the highest quality consistently delivered across all initiatives.
  • Develop and implement the delivery strategy, operational plans, policies and procedures, systems and tools, KPIs, ensuring these are tailored and adapted to suit the realities and needs across all levels of the organisation.
  • Ensure delivery processes, including escalation and communication management are well defined and meet the needs of the business, providing timely and business focused updates regarding serious issues.
  • Leading IT Support Team Leaders, Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers in the area of Service Delivery, helping them to achieve business and personal objectives. 
  • Drive the closure of open sales discussions concerning future service delivery with the ability to increase the services at the existing clients (including pre-sales offering as well as RFP process coordination).

  • Hands-on experience in managing the organization's software development needs.
  • Experience in planning and executing multiple projects with a proven record of delivering technical projects. Being familiar with the start up working environment will be an asset.
  • Excellent leadership management, strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Strong focus on delivery budget and profitability, ability to come up with changes and improvement suggestions to increase financial performance.
  • Solid experience in business relationship management and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • IT knowledge and understanding of the IT services delivery processes.
  • Ability to find a right balance between delivery quality, customer satisfaction and financial outcomes.
  • Open-minded and creative approach in finding business opportunities and processes improvements.
  • Ability to work with small to medium accounts across the countries.
  • Strong management skills of the delivery process (agile, waterfall) and various licensing models (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS).

What is our usual recruitment process?

  • Last but definitely not least – you'll meet up with our CEO to talk about your role in our business – the experience you’ve already had and want to collect. We'll get to verify whether our company is the perfect fit for your development (max. 60 min).
