We use React, Rails, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, Amazon Timestream and a whole lot more. Everything is containerized using Docker and we automated everything using Drone.

Your role
- Work across the full stack depending on where you can drive the highest impact: back-end, front-end as well as testing and cloud infrastructure
- Work with the team to design and implement features and services
- Break complex goals into simple and iterative deliverables
- Interview candidates for your and other teams, participating to both code reviews and system design interviews
- Commit to high-speed iterations, high code quality, and continuous improvement via agile processes
- Ensure long-term quality, scalability, maintainability and security of our codebase
- Treat operations with a mission critical mindset, and support the live system in production, including outside of regular business hours
Requirements
- 3+ years of developing and writing production level code that delivers value and is easy to maintain
- Practical knowledge of Ruby/Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React
- Experience using system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud and containerization technologies, test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
