The Payments team makes payments fun and easy. Help us and our customers, and you’ll help yourself! At some services today, if you want to move money from other accounts or to pay an invoice, you need to go into your online banking and pay from there. Payment Initiation helps our customers to work in the same way but directly in their own application in a seamless way, reducing hassle and increasing conversion for everyone.
What we look for
We are now in a position where our payments product is of pivotal importance to Tink's success - not only are we seeing dramatic increase in demand from customers but already today payments are either a leading or a necessary component of nearly all strategic partnerships that Tink makes across Europe.
As Product Manager for Payments, you will:
- Take a leading role in shaping and executing Tink’s overall product strategy and roadmap in the Payments domain
- Refine and expand Tink’s existing Payments products across a wide variety of markets and customer segments
- Develop the next generation of Payments products from idea to execution in support of Tink’s strategy
- Lead developments in a multidisciplinary team that owns both the backend (payments services) and front-end (back office, SDKs) parts of our payment solutions
- Support our engineering teams in clearly defining and framing customer problems and needs and clearly communicating roadmap and priorities
- Have direct interactions with key customers and partners
- Through internal stakeholder collaboration, gain a strong understanding of our customers needs (present and future) and develop a cohesive vision of Tink's payment products
As Product Manager for Payments, you have:
- Experience of analysing customer problems and needs, shaping and delivering product strategy, and articulating product roadmaps
- A track record of leading complex initiatives: we look for individuals that can get down to nitty gritty details if needed but even more importantly those who never lose sight of long term objectives
- Ideally you have worked in the payments industry and are familiar with developments around PSD2
- Passions that you follow - it does not matter whether it’s working with numbers, knowledge of the fintech domain, design or DIY home projects - we love people who have ambitions and persistence to achieve great things
- You see yourself standing behind and supporting Tink’s ambition to change the future of banking
In this role you will join a quickly growing and highly ambitious payments team with experiences from Europe's leading fintechs and payment companies. You will strengthen our product management and team leadership capabilities and will report directly to the VP of Payments. Your work will be of high visibility across Tink and you will have a direct impact on the success of Tink's key customers.
