In your role as Troubleshooter you will become responsible for analyzing trouble reports (problems) in Radio Area reported by our Clients. Your primary job will be to understand reported issue, investigate and find out the root cause and propose a possible solution.

You will work in an international team of 3GPP/LTE Troubleshooters with close cooperation with other teams of testers and software developers. As we know solving problems alone might be hard, that is why every of our sites have Lead Troubleshooters and specific area experts who will support you and whom you will be cooperating with. What is more we offer comprehensive training on competences you need, investigation methods and tools we use. We will take care for you from start.
