thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is a global competence and development center delivering business processes for thyssenkrupp companies around the world. We are the Global Shared Service centre of thyssenkrupp – one of the largest GSS centres in Tri-City. The Global Security Services will be providing tk companies with comprehensive services such as: Computer Emergency Response Team, Security Operations Center, Firewall Services, Identity and Access Services.
Your responsibilities:

- Analyzing of errors and developing work arounds and permanent solutions
- Designing solution independently
- Working on server systems
- Keeping tickets up-to-date
- Maintaining documentation - knowledge base
- Performing regular support and maintenance tasks
- Supporting of systems migration
- Ensuring Compliance with internal processes
- Support of go-lives
- Collaboration in projects
Your Profile:
- Fluent written and spoken English (minimum B2), and German language (minimum B1)
- 5+ years of experience on similar position
- Knowledge of applications architecture
- LDAP (e.g. Open LDAP)
- Windows/Linux practitioner skills with Shell scripting (Unix/bash and/or WIN/PowerShell)
- LAMP\WAMP or similar products hands on experience
- Application engines (IIS, Tomcat, JAVA stack) and management of apps certificates
- Cloud solutions management (e.g. Azure, AWS)
- Experience in one of technologies: yaml, JSON, terraform, Kubernetes, Container
- Good communication skills
- "Agile like" attitude to work
- experience in below listed products/technologies will be an asset:
- DB operational know how (e.g. MSSQL, Oracle, MYSQL, Postgres)
- ITIL knowledge or basic knowledge regarding projects` management - MS/Linux certification
- ITIL knowledge or basic knowledge regarding projects` management - MS/Linux certification
- terraform, Kubernetes Container
