    Job description

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead our Quality Assurance strategy across our B2B business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing QA processes that enhance product integrity and performance. This role involves collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams and locations, requiring a proactive and strategic approach to quality management.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
    • Lead and prioritize the workload for a team of Quality Assurance engineers, ensuring efficient and effective quality checks.
    • Work closely with non-technical stakeholders to gather and evaluate product requirements and their impact on product quality.
    • Facilitate the adoption of QA processes by development teams, providing guidance and support to ensure quality ownership.
    • Manage QA metrics and reporting, using data to drive decisions and improve product quality.
    • Communicate and align with internal stakeholders on requirements, project statuses, and priorities to ensure transparency and collaboration.


    Required Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in Quality Assurance processes and quality management.
    • Proven track record as a Product Owner or similar leadership role within a technical environment.
    • Strong understanding of QA metrics and how to apply data in a practical, impactful manner.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience working with distributed teams and managing projects across multiple locations.
    • Agile and proactive mindset with a strong focus on delivering results.
