What we can offer

We have physical offices in London and Kraków, and remote employees in other areas of the UK, Barcelona and Warsaw. We are built for remote working. Now, we're opening the new office in Białystok. We make use of Slack, Zoom, Trello (and many other tools) to ensure communication with employees and clients is seamless and efficient.

We believe a happy team is a motivated team, and have flexible working hours, and the ability to work from home. If you want to start earlier and finish earlier then that's fine! As long as the work is completed on time and to the highest quality, then that’s good for us, your team and our clients!

Our involvement in the global Umbraco community gives our developers instant status. Developers at The Cogworks are all highly regarded in the wider Umbraco community, and as a company, we actively encourage our team to get involved.  The company provides a reasonable annual personal allowance to cover travel costs for conferences and meetups, and our staff are regularly asked to present at conferences around the world from the UK and Europe to America and Australia.

We run the Umbraco UK and PL Festivals which the whole company is involved in organising and attending. We also run many other community events such as hackathons and workshops.

We can offer flexible employment contracts (including flexible working hours), competitive pay based on location, remote working, 20 days paid annual leave,  3 paid personal days, sick pay, fruit and any other suggestions and opportunities you may like to bring to the table.

We look forward to meeting you and joining us on our journey! 🙌
