Teyon, a video game developer 🎮 (Terminator: Resistance, RoboCop: Rogue City, Rennsport) with 100+ employees across Kraków, Łódź and Warsaw is expanding the team for an exciting new project.

Our team is developing Desk5, an innovative and ambitious remote access technology designed to revolutionize hybrid and remote work for modern companies (think: a supercharged TeamViewer with almost zero latency and awesome features). We have already developed an impressive prototype that is used daily by our employees and we're working on a full-scale project.

Duties

👉 We are seeking an experienced C++ programmer who will work on the implementation of many different aspects of our ambitious project. You will contribute to ensuring the robustness, performance, and security of the software, enabling seamless remote access and efficient remote desktop management.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in programming in C++ and a basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, TCP/IP + UDP networking, and git fundamentals.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with our CTO, who has 15+ years of experience (past projects include game engines, networking, embedded software, IoT) and many talented engineers and designers.

Required skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in programming in C++.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP + UDP networking and networking fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of git fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GPU programming concepts (OpenGL, DirectX, CUDA, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of user interface design and programming.
• Understanding of cryptography concepts.
• Experience in system programming (drivers, kernel code) on Windows and/or Linux.
• Experience with CI/CD systems.
• Knowledge of MacOS.
