Job description
We are TestArmy - QA and Software Testing Agency with smartsourcing approach.
We take care of software quality from A to Z, offering a full range of tests: Functional, Security, Performance and User Feedback. Our biggest strength is a possibility to suit the solution for our clients' needs. We have more than 50 super-skilled testers armed with 100 devices, plus another 5000 testers among 50 countries in our own crowd-sourcing platform. We started TestArmy more than 7 years ago, so far delivering over 300 successful projects.
Our top clients are Samsung, Credit Agricole, Cineworld, T-Mobile, Trans.eu, TomTom, Credit Suisse.
We are looking for a Test Project Manager to join our TestArmy Team to handle short- and long-term quality assurance projects.
Scope, environments and technologies may vary, depending on the project nature.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and managing the resources (technical and human)
- Managing project budgets (T&M)
- Coordinating 1-4 teams of various size (3-10 testers)
- Assessing progress and effectiveness of test efforts
- Assigning tasks and keeping track of project schedule
- Identifying and mitigating risks
- Communicating with the client on a daily basis, gathering metrics and preparing reports/summaries
- Planning and executing project kick-off and retrospective meetings
- Making sure projects are delivered as contracted with the client
- Helping with presales activities
Requirements:
- High School diploma in IT-field
- Organized, detail and results oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 6+ months experience with similar role
- Proven record of delivering 5+ projects of various size and scope
- Proven record of operational management for a group of 10+ people
- English B1+
- QA background is a plus
- ISTQB Advanced TM certification is a plus
