Dynamics CRM Developer / D365 CE – Poland, Remote

We’re seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM / D365 Customer Engagement Developer to join a high-performing international team driving a major digital transformation programme. This is an opportunity to work on the evolution of large-scale CRM solutions, with a focus on innovation, scalability, and modern architecture.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and customise solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform

• Work with C#/.NET, JavaScript, and Power Automate to extend and integrate CRM functionalities

• Participate in the full development lifecycle – from technical design to deployment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions

• Ensure code quality, performance optimisation, and documentation best practices

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development

• Strong coding background in C#, .NET, JavaScript

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, custom workflows, and plug-ins

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting

• English proficiency, German is a plus
