We are Ten Square Games, and we specialize in free-to-play hobby apps. Our flagship title is Fishing Clash – one of the world's most popular 3D simulators. This was only possible thanks to our 500+ experts employed in five studios located in Poland, Germany, Romania, and Italy.
We’re currently looking for R&D Software Developers, specializing in Java-related technologies, for developing our internal product performance tools. You will create new solutions related to Business Intelligence analysis of our games. Our services have more than 10k requests/s... so writing clean and scalable code is crucial to success.
Job description:
- The whole Product Performance Tools department counts 15 people, divided into smaller 5-team members teams. Each team consists of Fullstack Team Leader, Frontend Developer, and Backend Developers. You will belong to one of them;
- We are NOT a software house, so we have full responsibility for our products and we choose quality above a delivery time;
- You will work mostly on the backend side of applications, using the following tech stack: Java 16 and PostgreSQL + HP Vertica;
- In your team is a dedicated Frontend Developer, but still, you should be open to work from time to time with React 17 + Redux and TypeScript;
- A majority of your tasks will focus on developing new solutions for our IT products.;
- Apart from software development, you will be working with a system architecture of different applications, which cooperate with BI tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in creating data-intensive services;
- Hands-on experience with backend development in Java and SQL (pref. PostgreSQL) and related tools;
- Broad practical knowledge of algorithms and data structures;
- Communicative level of English language skills;
- Readiness to join the team in the Wrocław office in a hybrid work model (details to discuss).
