Your scope of responsibilities will be:
- Automating processes and streamlining the activities of the Application Support Team;
- Organization of work and coordination of the Team's tasks;
- Contact with customer support departments in Poland and abroad (work in English), application management, task prioritization;
- Analytical work and cooperation with a team of programmers;
- Support in automating team tasks, ongoing monitoring;
- Diagnosis and management of incidents related to the production of the API platform.
What we require from you:
- Master’s degree;
- The ability of analytical thinking and formulating conclusions and recommendations;
- Excellent work organization;
- Team management skills or willingness to develop in this direction;
- Ability to work under time pressure (under SLA).
What we would appreciate:
- Knowledge of SQL and databases (in particular MS SQL);
- Very good spoken and written English, French will be appreciated;
- Experience in a similar position;
- Experience in analyzing system logs, maintaining Docker environments;
- Knowledge of MongoDB, Linux will be appreciated;
- Knowledge of Atlassian's tools (Jira, Confluence).
