  • Execution of the Technology, Architecture, IT Security, and DevOps strategy of GILDS in the tribe
  • Managing and providing technical expertise to the tribe
  • Orchestrating technical development within the tribe

Ôťů Job requirements:


  • Minimum Master's / Diploma degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Additional master's degree in business administration preferred
  • Experienced team lead with at least five years of managerial responsibility for multicultural and worldwide teams
  • Experienced Lead Developer / Architect with at least ten years of professional expertise in Java Enterprise development
  • Knowledge of forwarding business or other industries with at least ten years of work experience is preferred
  • Professional experience in agile development
  • Knowledge about cross-platform responsive design
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse organizations, groups, and functions
  • Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
  • Fluent Business English and Polish (written and spoken), German would be advantageous
