We are looking for a Principal Data Engineer who will join 15 dedicated colleagues within the Client’s Scientific Intelligence department.

Requirements

• Experience in creating and maintaining ELT/ETL pipelines on cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in CI/CD automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure.
• Preferably, experience with ElasticSearch.
• Preferably, experience with vector databases, e.g., Milvus.
• Awareness of the increasing importance of operational stability as databases and user numbers grow.
• Skills in security, usage monitoring (e.g., EC2 instances), and identifying code vulnerabilities are essential.
