Job description
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join a fintech company that assists its clients with data validation. They are working on a project that verifies data integrity and quality.
💰 Rate:
- B2B → 18 000 - 28 500 PLN net/month + VAT
- UoP → 16 000 - 27 000 PLN gross/month + (AKUP - 70%)
🌎 100% remote

What will you do:
- Designing and building new features, services and technologies
- Ensuring the code you and your team deliver is supportable and highest quality
- Working with Product Owners to understand customers and scope out work
- Performing code reviews for others, and having your code reviewed by your peers
- Learning new technologies
- Teaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues
Great if you have:
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in Java (8+)
✅ Nice to have experience with Ruby on Rails and microservices
✅ Working knowledge of SQL and/or relational database concepts
✅ English at the B2 level
What you can expect after the initial interview with TeamUp 📞:
1st meeting: 30 min. interview with one of the managers + 30 min. technical task on Codility platform.
2nd meeting: 60 min. pair programming + 45 min. HR interview.
