IT Specialist - Print Services

For our client, we are looking for an IT specialist who will be responsible for the maintenance of printing devices and the improvement of processes in that area in a global company 

Your role:

• Manage and maintain printers and multi-functional devices.
• Resolve printing service issues, including driver management and firmware rollouts.
• Support printer hardware and software projects.
• Improve service quality for existing printing solutions.
• Assist in selecting and standardizing printers and devices.
• Implement global print service concepts.
• Manage service providers within print service contracts

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in IT operations and projects.
• Proficiency in Service Level Management, IT operations
• Experience in supervising service providers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Independent problem-solving and interest in new technologies.
