We are seeking a highly skilled IAM SailPoint Specialist to join our team. As an IAM SailPoint Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Identity and Access Management (IAM) system using SailPoint.

Your daily duties will include managing user identities, roles, and access privileges, ensuring compliance with security policies, and troubleshooting IAM-related issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize IAM solutions, provide technical support, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and Okta.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role-based access control.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, or PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications in IAM or information security are a plus.
